I'm not much of a television person so when all the other dance mom's were excited that the girls were getting to take a master dance class with Lauren Froderman, I was pretty clueless. They filled me in that she was the winner of So You Think You Can Dance, Season 7.

When we got home, I Googled Lauren. Here is her audition video. She was an interesting girl and taught the young dancers a pretty fun little challenging dance that they performed later as an "audition" for a panel of judges. And if you watch the video....no worries, she kept G1's dance pretty calm.
