Survey of the Family 101

I know I've been horrid about posting again. So, here is an overview of what we have been up to the last couple of months. We had super fun visitors. I'm not sure how I scored the most handsome nephews and the most awesome kids, but I'm a lucky gal. Notice how I did not say cooperative....in other words, this is the best picture I have of the group.

G1 got a new Kirsten dress and pinafore, after the original dress finally ripped from non-stop wear. She was excited to say the least.

Maisy celebrated her 11th birthday. It is hard to believe she has been in our family for 10 years now! Our first kiddo....

We celebrated Easter and had a great day as a family remembering the true meaning of the day. We also had a fun Easter egg hunt in the back yard. If you listen closely, you can hear W humming as he picks up his eggs.

Brad turned 29 and we celebrated with a big ol' chocolate cake, lovingly decorated by W.

Well, I don't won't too post too much at once or you might get worried about me for being so over zealous so just stay tuned for more exciting info!

In 23 days....

we had five colds, bronchiolitis, two chest x-rays, pneumonia, six ear infections (all had by two kiddos!), breathing treatments every four hours for 10 of the days, three doctor visits, many episodes of vomiting (caused by coughing), high body temperatures, low body temperatures, blood work, and a lot of loss of sleep. We had about three weeks of healthy and then another bout of minor colds that turned into breathing difficulties for G2 (81% oxygen levels--scary!) but we now have some tools in place to hopefully treat him at home before things get so critical. We are not normally sick people so this long stretch of sick makes us even more thankful for our health. We've had some great times too, so I hope to post about those soon!
