Countdown to Christmas

We again put up our Advent calendar to help us count down the days to Christmas but this year Grace really understands....and it is so fun to see her excitement about it. Each morning she comes trotting out of her room yelling "8,8,8,8" or whatever the particular day is she is to hang on the tree. My first amazement is how she can remember the day it is and my second amazement is how she is so excited about Christmas. Being a birthday party fanatic herself, she is very excited about the fact that Jesus has a birthday and is 100% ready to help him celebrate! The joys of Christmas are always so magical through the eyes of a child.
